Expressions Of Interest Now Open For Campbell Arcade Tenancies
Campbell Arcade is set to reopen later this year, following works completed on the arcade as part of the Metro Tunnel Project. An expression of interest process is now open to tenant eight restored shop fronts in the arcade.
Property advisors Cushman & Wakefield will manage the Expression of Interest (EOI) process on behalf of Metro Trains.

About Campbell Arcade
Campbell Arcade is a beloved and historically significant underground arcade in Melbourne’s CBD and an iconic destination for Melburnians and visitors alike.
It was the first major public construction project in Melbourne after World War II and is Victorian Heritage listed. Completed in time for the 1956 Melbourne Olympics, it features pink-tiled curved walls, granite columns and display windows.
Eight shop fronts are available, ranging in size from approximately 12m2 to 22m2. The shopfronts can accommodate a range of business types, such as retail, art and culture and basic hospitality.
Due to air ventilation requirements, no food can be cooked in the spaces.
Considerable pedestrian traffic is expected, particularly during passenger peak hours, with the arcade providing a connection to Flinders Street Station, the new Town Hall Station (opening late 2025) and Degraves and Flinders streets.
New lifts have been installed at each Flinders Street Station platform, making Campbell Arcade accessible for the first time. People with mobility needs will be able to enter and exit Campbell Arcade via Flinders Street Station or Town Hall Station.
