Metro Trains Melbourne has a big year ahead, with CEO Raymond O’Flaherty launching the FY25 Business Plan.
A major focus will be intensive preparations for the opening of the Metro Tunnel and raising the bar on the passenger experience we provide every day to Melbourne.
The plan sets out Metro’s shared focus areas and priorities for the year ahead.
It will help us stay focused on doing the right work at the right time, delivering value for money, and driving towards our purpose – We Move Melbourne.
Every colleague, in every role, contributes to delivering our plan.
