Metro’s Reconciliation Action Plan community partner
Entries are now closed for Metro’s Reconciliation Action Plan community partner.
Metro is reaching out to not-for-profit Indigenous organisations delivering services in Melbourne seeking expressions of interest to become Metro’s Reconciliation Action Plan community partner.
Metro has committed in its Reconciliation Action Plan 2022-2023 (RAP) to drive benefits for the community and Metro through developing a RAP community partnership.
The funding available for a project is approximately $120,000.
Focus areas
Focus areas are:
- Mental Health (examples such as wellbeing, education or support services)
- Inclusion (such as economic development, reconciliation)
Organisations can select one or more of these focus areas to propose a project where there is a demonstrated community need.
Who can register
Registrants must be financially viable and be located in, or service, metropolitan Melbourne. The Expression of Interest must be on behalf of an Indigenous organisation who is either/or:
- Deductible gift recipient (DGR) status
- Not-for-profit entity including charitable organisations and incorporated associations
A small number of EOIs will be chosen to progress to the next round.
